I'm looking for a light Knowledge baselightweight knowledgebase describing the human body to annotate disease sites. I do not need a great level of detail, I just need a kind of like basic organs/sub-organs taxonomy. I checked out the Foundational Model of Anatomy ontologyFoundational Model of Anatomy ontology, but it's over-killingkill for my purposepurposes and really cumbersome (Protege fails whilewhen it tries to load FMA.owl).

Is there a simple knowlege baseonline knowlegebase available over the Internetfor this?

(I'm new to this community, hope my question is not ill posed or completely OT)
