From the title. I am learning about multiple sequence alignment and would love if someone can link me an in-depth walkthrough on how to code for a MSA using progressive sequence alignment by using Python.

For instance, I want to see information on how to code a fasta file containing sequences (more than 3) and making an alignment based on the sequences.

Would this cookbook for progressive sequence alignment in python do? For loading fasta files I will point you to another cookbook: Biopython Tutorial and Cookbook.
