I have been trained in Bioinformatics and Statistics and am currently a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Wellcome Trust Institute for Human Genetics in Oxford. My current research focuses on computational and statistical methods in Functional Genomics with particular focus on infectious and autoimmune diseases. Other interests include methods for Medical Genomics and Personalised Medicine. More generally I am interested in the analysis of genome wide data to gain a better understanding of complex phenotypes.
